love effys
i meet so many new people there very easy going atmosphere the food very fresh great salad and wraps all the menu is 6$to 8$ dishs where else you can seat outdoors for only cup of coffee 1.25 i am going out with someone for a year all thanks to effys effys rocks

free refills on coffee??
People have posted about an unlimited refill cup of coffee at this place but I did not experience that at all! I ordered coffee with my breakfast and when my coffee cup was empty, I went up to the counter and asked for more coffee and she said she would charge me for another full price cup.

This place has excellent salads and I love their different types of grilled cheese sandwiches as well.

best wraps
right in front of you all fresh and clean they have a large menu with all kind of salad, wraps sandwichs, platters and you can seat only for a cup of coffee for a 1.25 as much as you want the last review did not like it but this is what make effys cafe place feel like home

Take your feet off my table!
I wouldn't call it "fresh" or "quality". The food is flavorless and bland. I used to love them, but the quality has noticeably deteriorated. The last straw was when I ordered their vegetarian platter, and it was literally a tea spoon of eggplant salad and a tea spoon of roasted tomato puree on top of two lettuce leaves. To top it off, it makes me mad when I am ready to spend $20 on flavorless food and there is no available table because everyone just buys a cup of coffee for $1.50, spreads their junk and feet on a couple of surrounding tables and pretends they don't notice other customers who are waiting for a table with food in their hands! If this is what the owner wants, then I am taking my money elsewhere.

i am there everyday
they doing a great job there realy nice and clean the food is allways fresh and fast love there salad and sandwichs and the prices are realy good where else you can seat outdoors for 1.5$ and use the wifi and charge my phone i like the easy going enrgy there

Where's my dressing?
Went to Effy's for a salad to go during work today. The woman at the register was extremely nice, and is the only reason this review isn't even worse, but when I ordered a health salad at the counter I was first ignored, then asked to repeat myself twice because he clearly wasn't listening. I then had to tell the other guy working at the counter what my order was, and overheard the first guy say he "didn't want to make it." This salad is on their menu, nothing fancy, and my only alteration was "no cucumbers." Whatever, I've seen worse service in New York. Then the guy at the counter calls my order and the salad is not to go, but on a plate. Again, I've seen worse, and he put it in a to go bowl for me so that was okay. So what's my real complaint with this place? They forgot to put dressing on my salad. I didn't realize this until I was back at work, but the "raspberry vinaigrette" that was supposed to come with my salad is not here. Don't come here for take-out. The outdoor seating looks really nice, and might make up for the sub-par service.
