    Yum!

Great food in a nice spot. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. This is now the standard bearer for Lobster Rolls and chowder. Cold day today...might just have to go again : )

    Wow!!

I loved it!! I had the Lobster Burger and it was AWESOME! I can't ask for anything more. I tried the lobster roll and I loved that the may doesn't overpower the lobster. We also tried the mussels in white wine sauce and it was tremendous. I don't have anything bad to say about the food. Place is small but great value overall. Will definitely go again.

Lobster roll = lobster + other things!

Had high expectations, of course, after Pearl. Well, I started off with the steamers, which were quite good as steamers go. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed with the lobster roll. I’d never before had the following thought about a lobster roll: "Too... much... lobster..." Insufficient mayonnaise and, apparently, little but mayonnaise in the mix at all. Hello? Taste? Lotsa lobster doth not a lobster roll make -- the whole mix does, the seasoning and the texture. They really need to get their recipe up to speed and consistent. (It's funny to see that other folks on this board have had the opposite experience here -- too little lobster and too much mayo.) Highlight: our server was the tops.

    too many kinks

i know its new but with all the lobster to eat nyc, mediocre does not cut it. subpar lobster roll very little meat too much mayo and a soggy bun, i'll give it a few more months. i love seafood.

    This you must try

This place is absolutely great. A wonderful breath of fresh air for the NYC restaurant scene. Lobster rolls and the oyster rolls are top notch. I spend a significant amount of time in New England and Cape Cod. This place is second to none. The service is great!! Good Job Ed's

    Excellent

Great oysters and the lobster role was huge and delicious. Nice wines by the glass. Competent service. I question the validity of the naysayers.

    Very Nice

I I too was displeased with the Caesar salad, as mentioned below. But the atmosphere, staff and seafood were all top-notch. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. This is the type of new place that just has a great "fresh" feel to both the food and the decor. Nice young crowd too.
