    A wonderful surprise

I went for a pre matinee lunch with a party of 11. The price fix menu had a surprisingly large selection of appetizers, main courses and desserts. Fried calamari, skate, fish and chips and banana cream pie were enjoyed by many at my table. I enjoyed

    Not Chowder!

The chowder is ersatz, despite the name! It is a hot creamy sauce with little pieces of clam thrown in. No clam taste! Not cooked with clams! So much so that it made me wonder if the clams were canned - all uniform and small pieces and tasteless. A

I wasn't to sure about this place because of the other reviews. This place is amazing. The hostess greet you and make you feel comfortable. They ask you about your day while walking you to your table, I mean how many restaurants really care about your day

    I am surprised

I am surprised by some of the negative comments here. We dined here two days ago for lunch after a NY Phil rehearsal. Food was wonderful, wait staff so helpful, and the ambiance was great. Lobster roll was perfect! Will definitely go back!

    Great food- poor service

After they seated us it took 20 minutes for our waitress to take our order! She had such an attitude it was crazy. The food was great, but it was impossible to flag anyone down to get extra butter, water etc. and of course our waitress was never to be se
