Awesome
For a while this place was loaded with single women, but finally the hot boys have reclaimed Eatery and all is well. Great place, it doesn't get the tacky crowd it used to, and the food and drinks have never been better. Awesome menu and cool staff.

Excellent Mac&Cheese!
The Macaroni & Cheese is one of the best I have ever had. Rich and cheesy, covered in thin-sliced, caramelized onions. Large portion, with enough to bring some home for a midnight snack. Definitely worth the money.

Poor phone service
The people that work here seem to be pretentious without reason. The cuisine is fair at best, and the environment is wishing it was Chelsea at its best (which isn't saying much) and doesn't succeed.

Great!
This is a great atmosphere and greattt food! I got the Organic Baby Greens Salad and it was hugeeee and really good! The prices for dinner are a little pricey, but great for where it's located. They seem to have good lunch specials too! I am definitely coming back!

Eatery is an okay place to eat
Eatery's atmosphere is very hip, they get plenty of walk -ins (from ppl who don't want to wait at mangia!)...I ate here with a group of about 8 ppl, the waiter was VERY nice...one of my friends got the asian salad and there was a staple in it- like a big staple that looked like it popped off a box- they comped him his meal,; he didn't really mine tho- the food was pretty good- they serve these chinese? Noodles at first, they taste like an onion ring potato chip, they're actually made from shrimp and some other ingredient, very good. I had the eatery burger and fries...the fries were great! My friend had the steak- he also said it was pretty good, another friend had a salad w/ portobello mushrooms on top, didn't quite like it b/c the shrooms were cold. Watch out for small sodas -I doubt they give refills : )... all in all, not a bad place to eat. I'd go there again.

Not for Vegetarians
A vegetarian friend and I shared a spinach salad which we thought was vegetarian only to find several pieces of chicken in it. Upon telling the manager we were met with skepticism. The manager didn't offer to comp us but did bring out another salad....which had chicken in it too!! Again, skepticism, followed by an apology, with no offer to comp. Finding the meat was not a pleasant surprise, but not being believed right away was worse.

Over Rated
Portions are small and not really anything above the average decent meal in terms of taste - margarithas have no flavor and are pricey. You can get a better drink at an average bar for a lot less $$. The atmosphere is about the only neat thing. Other than that, I found the food and service to be quite mediocre.
