Good Local Bagel Place
Simply put: if you live a few blocks from here and want a bagel this is as good a place as any.

Poor Service!!
The service here is so bad that it doesn't make up for the food. We waited over 20 minutes for water and our order was wrong. Don't even bother asking for refills! This was our second time eating here and we will never be back!

Don't bother.
Some of the worst service in NYC. A deli crew that moves slower almost out of spite, and which shrugs you off when you try to get their attention, and then you have to repeat your order louder and louder until they finally understand. Feel free to stop by for a bagel, and wait ten minutes before they acknowledge your existence.

Bagels are ok but each time I have ordered they screw up something. Usually they forget one item and are not apologetic about it. Also, they serve ham which is surprising but not bacon.

This place is awesome
We order from here everyday. The food is so fresh and they have a huge selection. Their delivery is very quick, but sometimes they will get tiny things wrong (like forgetting sugar and straws, or not toasting something we wanted toasted.) Other than that, which really is nothing, it is a lovely place with friendly people. If you want to eat there, it is really pretty nice for a bagel place--very large corner space and full windows on two sides. It's also clean and well lit. But really, the food is the best part of this place. very, very highly recommended.

My FAVORITE NY Bagel Place!
I LOVE this place! The food is SO good. I love getting an egg with cheese on a wheat bagel. Just thinking about my bagel place makes me smile!

Real New York Dining with Bagels
This little bagel shop has just the right atmosphere for a New York bagel shop. At times a little crowed, at times the service is a little slow, but the guys are nice and the food is always fantastic. It was the only bagel place that I went back to over and over again. Plus the prices can't be beat, a full breakfast for less than five dollars including a drink. I love East Side Bagel.
