    Great food and atmosphere

    We tried East End Kitchen for the first time the other night. The atmosphere/decor is very cool and the food is great (recommendations: watermelon and goat cheese salad; pork and peaches entree). A welcomed new addition!

    Excellent food and atmosphere

    We ate at East End Kitchen and are so pleased to finally have a restaurant in the neighborhood with excellent food, unbelievable atmosphere and warm and friendly staff. We will certainly be returning to East End Kitchen on a regular basis.

    Great new addition!

    I ate at East End Kitchen on Sunday night and the food is delicious! There is seriously nothing like it in the neigborhood (and I have lived there for 20+ years) The service needs some time to adjust but for the first week, it seems to be doing extremely well! Will definitely be returning!

    My husband and I just came back from dinner at this newly-opened restaurant and i was torn between posting a review letting everybody know how great it is and keeping the restaurant a secret so I can still get in without making a reservation weeks in advance. The restaurant is beautiful -- simple, sleek lines, lots of wood, lots of light. You can either sit at the bar and have a light fare or have a full dinner in the back. We chose the back but on the way out we could hear the bar patrons oohing and ahing too. My husband raved about his grouper in a bag; I had two appetizers -- a watermelon and goat cheese salad, and a cold vegetable terrine, both of which were outstanding. The frozen blueberry soufflé was exceptional. We had a lovely waitress, there were lots of staff on hand, and the service was efficient but not rushed. I wish the restaurant a long and happy life. We plan to go back soon -- and again and again.
