4 years later and they still can't get my order right
Lived next door to this place for 4 years now. It's convenient but much more expensive than any of the other natural food place in the neighborhood. That could be overlooked due to the convenience of the location but after 4 years of neighborness and over 10 years of being a customer I have yet to leave with a smile on my face. The staff is always abrasive and slow and usually gets your order wrong. This place has such potential to be a neighborhood gem but the staff treats you as if they just don't have time to ring you up and they've never done it before. Now you may think I am being picky, ordering all sorts of substitutions and unusual items but I'm talking ordering a juice off them menu and grabbing a pre packaged bar. They should be able to handle getting me in and out in less than 15 minutes with a smile but it has just never happened. I always leave hurried, pissed, and wondering why i bothered. If it werent so close I would NEVER darken your doorstep.

Love this healthy spot
Friendly service and great for a quick healthy bite. All of their pre-made cold dishes are superb, the best veggies ever! Great for fresh juices too. Great place to eat alone. However, the produce and groceries are on the pricey side.

One of my favorite places
While Earthmatters is not all vegetarian, they have an ample variety of food, fresh, frozen, packaged and eat-in/takeout, for vegetarians and vegans. I've gone there for takeout; the staff is very polite and responsive. Their deliveries are usually timely. My only complaint is that delivery isn't always available.
