I won't be writing home
First the good. The service was quick and efficient. The eggroll arrived piping hot. The delivery man had change. Now the less-than-mediocre. Along with the eggroll, we ordered shrimp with string beans and general tso's tofu. Both dishes were lacking in flavor. The tofu was fried within an inch of its life and smothered with basic sweet and sour sauce. The shrimp was slightly more flavorful but still benefitted from soy sauce. Not that they gave us any--the soy sauce packets did not actually contain any soy! The eggroll was of the run-of-the-mill frozen variety. In short, we would only recommend this place if you want something fast, hot and cheap to fill your piehole.

Lacking in flavor and substance
i'm generally not very picky when it comes to chinese take out, and let a lot slide... but when your meal comes and the container is almost entirely filled with rice with just a few little pieces of meat and some chunks of vegetables there is a problem. One should not have to hunt for the chicken in a dish title "chicken in garlic sauce", you would think chicken would be the main ingredient. What i received was more along the lines of rice seasoned with a dash of chicken and a serving of broccoli. Aside from the lack of actual chicken in my chicken dish, the flavor was absolutely bland and the pork fried rice was dried out. This was my first, and will be my last time ordering from eagle city.

Great chinese, lousy mexican.
The Chinese food and is good (there are better tasting on myrtle). They do special request. Very friendly. Their Mexican food went from bad to worse. They should stop (lucky there's a few authentic Mexican spots within walking distance)

Good chinese, Not really Mexican
We first ordered Chinese food from this take-out joint, and it was really nice and fresh, veggies cooked just enough, flavorful sauces, the best Chinese delivery we've had in the neighborhood. Then we ordered Mexican. It wasn't so much bad as just not really Mexican. The 'enchiladas' were made up of chicken in a sort of small flour tortilla bowl, with some 'ranchero' sauce on the sidebasically crushed tomatoes. We also ordered a vegetarian dish off the Mexican menu, something like veggies and rice, and it was basically the same veggies you'd get if you ordered Chinese, but with no sauce. But this is a good place. Maybe the nachos are what you'd expect., or the burrito, but I think they need to learn more about Mexican seasoning. The delivery is fast and the delivery guy's very nice. Get the Chinese!
