never again
Reheated, greasy and way too tough - and very expensive for the quality and serving size - nice little space and cute design - but other than that FORGET IT!

Peace Out Chinatown
Basically, these dumplings are what you wish the dumplings in Chinatown tasted like

Amazing dumplings!
This place is great. I had been meaning to try it for months, so when I got home and realized I had no food in the apt. I decided to give it a whirl. I tried 3 out of the 4 dumpling varieties: chicken, shrimp and veggie. I have to admit, I did not care for the veggie, but I am not a tofu fan, I just tried it for the hell of it. Shrimp and chicken were amazing. I also tried the hot monster sauce. Delicious. I am hooked.

Same experience as the rest
I get the feeling that the dumpling man is really "on" or really "off". The first time I ate there I was hooked. The best dumplings ever. The next two times I threw them away. They were so burnt I sent them back only to receive more charred rubber like objects. I thimk they have become to busy and have lost there focus. I would not recommend them at all. It's a shame.

I'm Addicted to Dumpling Man
Dumpling Man does one thing - make dumplings - and they do it better than anyone else. They range from traditional to exotic flavors. Remember, they also made the market from dumplings in NYC. Past Chinatown, dumplings were fried, frozen appetizers. Dumpling Man changed all that and they haven't rested on their laurels either. I eat there twice a week and love it.

mediocre at best
my friend swore we had to try this place. well we did. i was underwhelmed...ive had better dumplings at lots of places. im not saying you shouldn't go, its probably worth one try. heck maybe youll love it as much as my friend does. pros: it's kinda cute, unique in that you can see them making the dumplings.

Delicious Dumplings
I have never had as good dumplings as I have at the Dumpling Man. I highly recommend their seared dumplings, especially the chicken ones. Great food, decent and fast service. Even though it's a little on the expensive side compared to the Chinatown dumplings, I still think it's worth it.
