Excellent
The mini burger is excellent and a good value. The french fries were delicious. The bartender and servers are nice, and the beer/wine selection is good for the size of the menu. I'm excited to try the mac and cheese!

Delicious food but not murder!
I enjoy hamburgers but I am afraid I cannot condone that I love meat because I consider it murder (as stated by a reviewer below!) Goodness!! I do however recommend in a non-criminal way the burgers here. They are scrumptious, juicy, and perfectly legal.

no pickled onions
The original burger found at DuMont has pickled onions which make the burger seriously delicious, but sadly the pickled onions are nowhere to be found at DuMont Burger. This just makes DB seem like a cheap copy-- not as good!

Yes.
Meat is murder and we loved every bite of it. The mini-burger with perfectly melted gruyere was a full meal and the fries were perfection. I've seen the hipsters pack in at night, but all I saw during the day time were strollers and foodies investigating the hype. My verdict: Go! It's all your friend told you about and more.

Best burgers in williamsburg
They offer "mini" burgers with fries or salad and it was the best burger i've eaten in williamsburg ! it's always packed, so go early, but they definitly serve the best burger and fries with a great selection of beers.

Absolutely Delicious
This place has been ranked as one of the best burgers and I can vouch that it has earned it. The restaurant is small and you sit on stools, but the staff is friendly, the burgers and onion rings are sublime, and they have a good draft beer selection. To the reviewer who says it is expensive and salty I say "pish-posh!" The salt was not overwhelming and if this place neither appeals to your palette nor your pocketbook then perhaps you should go to Burger King and have it your way!

DuMont Burger is King!
In Williamsburg? Want a burger? Take my advice go here. My tip is to try the danish blue cheese. Its amazing! This place is almost always packed for dinner. Good beer selection. The coziness of the atmosphere is great too.
