Contrary to a lot of the reviews here the place still has amazing burgers, still great quality for the price. Burgers are on the red side but thats what makes them great. Great beer selection and great menu. Yes its small and it can get crowded but still a gem.

Such great burgers and fries...try chipotle mayo! I am obsessed w burgers and this is my go to. The Mac and cheese w bacon is also great.

Before ordering in from this restaurant you need to be prepared for 2 things. The first thing is to wait around 1+ hour for an order and the second is to have your order "forgotten" by the staff when you call in to check the status. With so many good restaurants in the area you would think they would do a better job with serving their customers. Time will tell how they will do in the long run... My recommendation, either go and pick it up or choose another restaurant with better track record.

When we arrived at this place, I saw very few people eating although it was packed; the others were drinking and waiting for their food. That was already a bad sign. After we (only 2 people) ordered our food, it took 45 minutes until the waiter finally came to our table to tell us that the kitchen was "a little backed up." Instead of offering us snacks etc. to make up for the delay, he asked if WE wanted to order something to drink. At that point, I had already seen the same waiter bringing a wrong dish to the table next to us. At least they got their food after a long wait although they ordered after us (which also was unacceptable). We left with an empty stomach and will never go back.

I really wanted to like this place. From it's eclectic atmosphere to it's fun staff. This place had winner written all over it. But alas, the star of the show just doesn't make a big splash. The burger is ok. While I think it's tasty, it's definitely not worthy of being called the best burger in BK or for that matter NYC. I had the regular sized burger while my counterpart had the smaller one. While mine was tasty and plentiful (though pricey), her's shrank down to what looked like a meatball and on top of all of that, they put on nearly inedible bread. They should probably just take it off the menu for what it's worth. My opinion, come here, try the burger, but don't expect to blown away. Who knows, the atmosphere and service might bring you back.

These reviews have got it right - this restaurant used to serve food that was special, and it is now mediocre at BEST. Could this be from a change in kitchen staff, or perhaps they can't keep up with costs to keep the quality ingredients that made the food what it was. In any case, do not waste your money. A loss for the neighborhood.

Wow - what a disappointment. Service was awful, food mediocre, and the ceiling was leaking. Thanks, but no thanks.
