We certainly enjoyed it
Went for Sunday brunch with my husband, daughter, and in-laws. We all had different dishes and they were all delicious. The girls working there were woking very hard and were extremely pleasant. My in-laws were a bit put off by the loud rock and roll on the sound system at 10:30 in the morning but acknowledged that it is the price one must pay when dining in such a "cool" part of town.

Service Poor, Food & Atmosphere decent
Went often. Liked the sandwiches. And generally like the coffee (when temperature right)... Until they microwaved my espresso... Service is miserable. Seriously. They cannot deal with more than one person at a time, literally. The cashier is also the person preparing the coffees, etc. and is also the person bringing food and drinks to your table. They've got the service all wrong. Add to the long wait (1) the fact that they never have napkins out--you must ask them for napkins EVERY time--(2) the food while decent is pricy ($9.00 for a sandwich), and (3) the temperature of the coffee varies.... the microwaved espresso is the final straw.

Not worth your time or money
If you go, be prepared with extra money in your pocket and plenty of time on your hands. They've raised the prices over the past few years to the point where the food you get isn't worth the money. And the service leaves much to be desired. The kitchen will only handle one order a time. Person in front of you order a panini and you're getting a soup to go? Be prepared to wait for that panini to be done before they spoon your soup into a container and stick it in a bag. The food is decent, but the experience is so aggravating that most of the time it isn't worth the trip.

tasty food but amateurish service
Had heard great things about the food, so was excited to try this place. We were told 30 minute wait, and after an hour finally got a table. Our napkins and drinks arrived after we were done with our first two dishes. The food was in fact very tasty, I particularly liked the ensalada and the steak burrita. When our food was done, we weren't yet done with our drinks since it had taken so long for them to come, and yet the waitress literally cleared the entire table, including my drink before we were done. Enjoyed the food but won't be back!

What a find!
I'm so glad the owners of the DUMBO General Store have continued with their mexican kitchen. Daniel's food is FANTASTIC! Clean, authentic, full of flavor. The portions are a perfect size so you can try a lot of different things. The guacamole is excellent. It's exactly the type of place DUMBO needs more of. Keep up the good work!

Best Mexican Food I've ever had
I've had a studio in Dumbo for the better part of a decade and stop into this place all the time for coffee. Recently, however, I discovered their late night menu (open 'til 1AM!) on the weekends. Real Tacos, real sopes, real Mexican cocktails! Fantastic. A++++

Great spot!
The salads and panninis are perfect for lunch or a light dinner. I recently tried the brunch which was great, too. The food is tasty and fresh. The service is a little spacey -- the waitstaff seems kind of out of it sometimes -- but it's never a big problem, and overall it's a great spot!
