worst margarita ever
went here for a great pulled pork sandwich - dee-lish, but the margarita was terrible and i gave it back - the waitress left the $9 drink on the bill. of course i spoke up. i will return as i love the food, but will order another drinky.

What Happened?!?
I used to come to Duke's all the time and always had a great time. Now, the food is blah and over-priced and trying to get a game-change takes an hour because the manager is too busy sitting at a table. I'm not even sure it was a manager. The mac-n-cheese was not good at all. I was really looking forward to it. I will be back but hopefully, this was a one-time thing.

Terrible
Visited Dukes because it looked like a fun place to eat and we were in the mood for barbecue. After looking at the menu, we realized that it wasn't really a barbecue establishment, but more of a roadhouse. We started with a Dukes Dip appetizer, which looked delicious but tasted kind of "blah." Also, it was stone cold in the middle. I guess that the cooks didn't nuke it in the microwave enough. Afterwards, our sandwiches came out. My fiance got the South Carolina Pulled Pork and I got the Buffalo Chicken sandwich. My sandwich was also cold, and actually kind of flavorless. My fiance's sandwich was okay, but I've had better at other less pricey restaurants. Also, the most damning thing that I can say is that for a place that relies pretty heavily on the bar (since the food is pretty much the same quality as a TGI Fridays), both of our beers from the tap were utterly flat. Seriously. If you go in with expectations for food that tastes good, be prepared to be dissapointed. However, if you're looking to fill your stomach with just anything as long as it's filling and you don't mind the price, this is probably your place. Also, I don't know what the deal was, but it smelled like a sewer main broke somewhere within the building.

Great food/pricey drinks.
I have been going to Dukes for a while and really enjoy it. I love the staff and the food is fantastic. The only downfall the place really has is that the drinks are too pricey for the type of place Dukes is. I ordered a Patron margarita the last time I was in and it cost me 13.00 and it wasn't nearly as big as the margarita my friend had. I recommend coming to Dukes for lunch so that you can experience the great food without paying for a drink.

Fun Spot!!!
I just moved to the neighborhood and Duke's is quickly becoming one of my favorite spots to frequent. It does get a little crowded on Thursday and Friday nights but that's any restaurant. I personally like to go on the weekends for brunch. The servers have always been super friendly and if you love sports (which I do) they always look up whatever game I'm interested in watching. It kinda feels like you're at home but with better food. Speaking of food, the mac and cheese is awesome. Love the Southwest Caesar Salad and the pulled pork sliders as well. And they always have some kind of drink special which is nice.
