Good Delivery
Dukes is a little expensive for my canine taste, but it is very good food. The burger and fries came in good packaging and they were not soggy. The burger was exceptionally well cooked. Good cheese and onions. The chicken tenders are the best, paws down, in midtown.

Cooling out!
My first dining experience in Duke's was at best average. Since then I've probably returned 6x's. I have to say that the place has come a long way over the last year. I know my service has improved & the food still rocks. I have also realized that the place has become more crowded during the peak dining hours. Im not sure what it all means but my theory is that in NYC if a restaurant is crowded then something must be good if not great!

i dont understand the positive reviews.
wow, i am sorry to say that i have grown to hate this place. i dont understand all the positive reviews. ive had consistantly poor and slow service the 3 times i have dined in the restaurant. i used to enjoy delivery but it sometimes takes sooooooo long... last time it took OVER AN HOUR. and i live so close - within 2 blocks of the place!! plus when ever i called, i had to speak so loud for the person to hear me over the noise of the bar. some of the food is good and resonably priced, however it's just not any fun to order or dine in. its just not for me, i guess.

Great place to meet friends
My family loves Dukes! It has a great diner meets bar feel with amazing food and drink specials. Dukes is the perfect spot for casual food and meeting with friends & family. Try the Mac & Cheese!!

BEST PLACE EVER.
I just cannot say enough about this place. It feels like a breath of fresh air from the stuffy, uptight pretension that typically characterizes Manhattan restaurants. Very relaxed, laid back environment Duke's is the ideal place to nurse some beers while watching sports. Based on first impression, I thought the staff was a bunch of 20-somethings recovering from couch-dancing in Chelsea all weekend, However, I was very mistaken Duke's girls are phenomenal. The waitresses at the Murray Hill location are cute, fun and efficient. If you're in the mood for having a great time with the boys without all the bells and whistles, I would really recommend this place, it's never failed me.
