    Brooklyn comes of age

I have been to Dressler about six times now and each time I leave looking forward to coming back. The food is tasty, the service is friendly and professional and prices are hard to beat. I especially enjoy their duck and chicken entrees, but my boyfriend is a big fan of their pork loin or chops. I think I have tried just about all their desserts and have never been disappointed. I am no Frank Bruni, but Dressler is definitely worth the trek to Brooklyn.

    Great Place would reccomend.

This is a really nice place. The iron work is amazing. The host is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Great overall ambiance! The food is plated well and the taste is great. My only complaint is that the portions are kind of on the small side for the price. I would go back though and I do reccomend.

    Thanks!

This place is fantastic and has become our favorite place to eat in all of williamsburg. It is worth it to walk to the south side. Also the service is outstanding, I would say one of the best in the city.

    Diamond in the rough

You wont just come here to eat *(the lobster bisque is so mouth watering), but to drink *(fantastic wine and drink menus), and then eat some more *(yummy desserts, such as the Pistachio Semifreddo). The waiter service was so-so, but the bus boy was on point...the atmosphere is so warm and inviting, you really should make a reservation if you have yet to go!

Nice they didn't try to turn the table

But waiting as long as we did for 2 courses, getting one of them wrong and the constant appologies got a bit old. food was good. No better than Dumont however. In fact the pork chop was overcooked and the sides too heavy, a problem you don't get at their other restaurant.

    Another great restaurant from Colin!

We are so happy to have this restaurant in the neighborhood. Fabulous food, great value, amazing wines. You can actually taste the food, it isn't overstructured. The service is fabulous; informative and attentive waiters but not overbearing. a needed addition to Williamsburg. Bravo!
