    poor delivery service

The last time I ordered will be the last time I order from Dougie's. The person on the phone was rude about taking my info, and hung up before I could tell her that I was paying with a credit card, or ask her how long the food would take. I had to call back and wait on hold again in order to give her my payment info. She told me it would be an hour. After an hour and fifteen minutes I called to ask about the food, and she was rude again, and said she didn't know where my food was, and it would take her a half an hour to reach the driver, and that it would delay my food longer. When I called after an hour and forty five minutes, she was still rude, and called me impatient. At the two hour mark, I told her if it wasn't there in ten minutes, they could keep it. The driver showed up five minutes later, with my food stone cold and without an apology. I understand that sometimes things happen, but the abominable phone service is just too much. When my delivery is an hour late, I expect at least an "I'm so sorry" when I call, not a "what do you want me to do about it?" In addition, the buffalo wings aren't the least bit spicy, even when ordered extra hot; the french fries usually arrive frozen; the corn on the cob is just frozen half corn cobs like you'd get in a school lunch; and the chicken soup tastes like it was made from powder. The rest of the meat is sometimes okay if it isn't either cold, soggy from sitting in its container too long, or both, but it's never seasoned well. Good riddance to rubbish.
