    How much?

For a doughnut? Are you kidding me? That better be the lightest, sweetest, most perfect doughnut on the planet. Guess what: it ain't! I tried the $3 rose petal doughnut. BFD! There are a plethora of chinese bakeries in the neighborhood with doughnuuts far and away better than this joint for only a few dimes.

    Memorably poor

Based on other reviews I was expecting subtle flavors and soft textures, light and delicate - a rewarding doughnut. What I got had the texture of microwaved bread, tough and chewey, and just wet with fat, oozing and indigestible. The flavors in the dough were dead; no hints of yeast and sugar. I tried three of these doughnuts about a year ago. Their memory is unfortunately still with me.

    Ovrerated

Dense, cakey donuts with a "burnt" aftertaste...Toppings are great but overpowered by too much donut...Other offerings like occassional fresh baked rolls, juices are the real hidden secret..

    Don't believe the hype

I've been here twice now, to try and give the place a fair shake. I just don't understand how this place deserves its good reputation. Yes, there are many unique, interesting flavors. But not at all worth $2.00 - $2.50 a doughnut. The "cake" of the doughnuts (I've tried three now) has a dry, stale (I don't think the doughnuts I had were actually stale, as I got my doughnuts most recently at 7am) texture. The icing/fillings are tasty enough, however.

    Yum!

These doughnuts are pure heaven. Exquisite. I have had them several times and they are phenominal no matter what flavor I try. I have had the orange, passion fruit, chocolate, vanilla, raspberry, almond, and a few others I can't remember but they are always fantastic. They are light and airy with a slight crunch on the outside. Dunkin Donuts and Krispy Kreme do not even compare. Highly recommeded.

Check your krispy kremes at the door

First of all the energy of the owner and people here are sublime. Secondly the donuts are out of this world. Look...some people like to eat garbage or fast food and others want quality and have a higher sense of taste. If you want something more than junk food you came to the right place.

    Disagree!

I find the doughnuts here wonderful. Get fruit doughnuts, some coffee and enjoy.
