Food is Typical. Very Expensive for what you get....

The food is good, atmosphere pleasant, though not personal. (sort of like a Houstons) But the prices? I ordered an $11. "house" margarita, friend ordered the $14. blueberry margarita. Waitress asks us if we want an upgrade on tequila because house tequila isn't great. HUH? At those prices, we need to upgrade $2.00 per drink to get a decent tequila? Ask where are the chips? Chips are $5.00 an order, but cheerfully told the refills are free. Gee, they're TOTALLY free everywhere else! Kind of like the bread in an italian or french restaurant! Main course tuna was good, but not any better than at other neighborhood places w/ nice ambiance and $7.00 margarita's and complimentary chips! This place is for 20somethings who want their first step up from another McChain restaurant. I'll stick w/ neighborhood places that don't nickel and dime me and offer a more personal dining experience. Oh and don't forget to bring single dollar bills for the ladies room & mens room attendants. It's expected!

I have been to this resturant many times- the atmosphere is always great, the guac is excellent and I am never disappointed, but I gotta say the last time I was there, I ordered my regular order, the ceviche and it was so amazing- It was like they had hired a new chef that made it with love!! It sounds corny, but I can' t wait to go back and have it again. Whatever they are doing in that kitchen lately is right on- I hope they keep it up, I love going there with all of my girlfriends- it is always a fun night.

I went here for my first time with a group. The person who extended the invitation raved about it and I'm still trying to figure out why. At these prices, you expect really good Mexican food, but I know of cheap neighborhood places with better kitchens. We had to wait 20 minutes for a table, even though we had a reservation. Drinks are overpriced and so is the menu, which isn't especially authentic. I could do better and save some money.

First time I ate here, I found the food extremely good. Came back 3 months later and was not as impressed with food quality. Came back again 3 months later and I finally give up! - waited 30 minutes for my food to arrive - the SAME item on the menu I had previously was prepared completely differently and tasted bad - service a little snobby - I dont exactly remember, but it seems they've jacked up the price of the menu yet.. but the quality is definitely lower - the Guacamole that they 'pretend' is prepared only your you is infact prepared in a slightly larger mortor/pestler and shared for multiple people. Why am I paying the premium for it then? .. I wont come back again until I see more stars again on menupages

OK, charge me $15 for a margarita, and you raise an eyebrow, but being the tequila fan I am, I figure it will be the best drink ever. Couldn't be any more WRONG! After banging me out for both a Patron and Don Julio Margarita, the bartender proceeded to basically give me the smallest drink I've ever seen in a whiskey glass - not to mention the fact that I've tasted better drinks at college parties - more booze, better sour mix PLEASE- Totally overrated!

No matter how many times we go there it is GREAT. Servers are very accommodating and a nice atmosphere as well.
