Had lunch from here and didn't like it at all. Too bland, weird taste. I've been to a few Thai places and this pad see ew was not good. Stopped eating it less than half way through. Not worth $10 either.

As someone who has ordered their roast pork and wonton noodle soups for over 7 years (close to the office), i have noticed a decline in both the quality of the food, as well as the portions. Value has left the building, and so has a little bit of the taste. its unfortunate really.

I used to love this place for ordering in for lunch. The veggies always seemed fresh, and they gave a ton of food for not a lot of money. Terrific vegetarian hot 'n' sour soup! Alas, something happened to their organizational skills. My food wouldn't be ready even 45 minutes after I called it in, and three times in a row they got my order wrong (after being late). I am not the type to write a place off casually, but I'm done with these clowns.

A movie was playing in the background featuring a baby crying for 15 mins straight. Managers admonished the staff in front of the customers. Waiters were unattentive and unapologetic even after they got our order wrong. Food was average, plate size a little on the small side. The worst part of the experience was after leaving a below-average tip (reflective of the service we felt we received), we were told we have to leave a bigger tip.

I ordered papaya salad from here. It's $8.00 and I was expecting papaya salad, but when I opened the container, it only showed lettuce and tomatoes. So, I digged in, then I found some strings of papaya. 20% is papaya and the rest is lettuce and tomato.. WTH... I was so disappointed. However, their Pad Thai is really good...

good pad thai, good chinese...sushi rolls didn't have too much fish, but i guess that's what you get in nyc.

made a couple stops here on a trip. The service was great (especially Monica & Mindy). Egg rolls rocked and the house peanuts were off the hook.
