Went there for lunch, NO menu only a chalkboard on 1 wall. Food is just okay but totally overpriced. There are pizza joints with better food at a faction of the cost.

The girls go to dinner at Don Peppe whenever we go to Aqueduct which is 5 minutes or less away. The food is more than wonderful. We are stuck on the Linquine with white claim sauce and the chicken scaparella without the sausage. The best we've ever had. The last time we tried to go they were closed for vacation. I got so depressed I almost wanted to go home. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone. My compliments to the chef. Mangia, Betty

The last time I was there the menu was a chalkboard across the room. Food was fine but definitely not worth the money. Too many as good or better all over Queens & Brooklyn.

Been dining here since I was a teen..1972. This is the best Italian food you could get. Still consistently great after all these years. I wish I could veer off the baked clams, linguine with white clams and shrimp fra diavolo, but I am a creature of very good habits! However I've sampled many other items that my friends ordered, and nothing ever is less than delizioso! Chicken Don Peppe also great and the Tartufo..heavenly. Highly recommend.

Always consistent and always delicious. Best baked clams in town and the Shrimp Luciano over pasta is a must. Start at the top of the menu board and work your way down, you won't find anything you don't like. You'll feel like one of the family after just a few visits.
