Not recommended
Went New Years Eve for dinner and the service was poor. Lousy, rude and slow. The cod tasted funny, not fresh at all. The shrimp dinner was tiny and overpriced swimming in sauce.

Very Impressive!
Went with 3 friends and ordered tapas and main dishes and all were very impressive. The special that night - Chilean Sea Bass - was excellent. Nice atmosphere but close quarters and live music not great for real conversing. Each dish was arranged with care and was very delicious. Would definitely return.

Hidden Treasure!
One of our most amazing finds in NYC! Took two buses from the West Side and it was well worth it! The shared Paella was the best we ever had. The lunch specials were exceptional in price , flavor and quality. Their specialty drinks transported me to the Caribbean and their complimentary plantain chips and seasoned popcorn were addictive! The servers and wait staff were friendly and efficient. By the second time (went 4 times in one month) we were treated like family! We love this place!

Not recommended
I just went to this restaurant for the first time for Sunday Brunch. The service was subpar. First they lose the order in the kitchen. I asked for chicken empanada, but they sent 3 times meat empanada, so they didn’t know what they were cooking. The server didn't know who got what. After one hour they sent the main course. Everything went wrong. They were not busy! I will never, ever suggest this place to anyone.

Great Dining Experience!
What a great dining experience! The food was delicious, as well as the presentation. The brunch menu has an incredible variety and everything we sampled was very favorful. Elliot, Stepanie and the rest of the staff were so attentive. I was with my 84 year old mother and they made her feel comfortable and very welcomed. They also accomodated her special request, even though it was not on the menu. I look forward to visiting the restaurant again and highly recommend it.

Expensive but great food
Went to Don Pedro's. Food was great. Live three man band that was also great, but very, very,expensive. I had to dodge construction right in front of the place to get in. We thought the place was way bigger from looking at the internet picture. A friend went there and told us that there was dancing, which there was, but it was between the tables. I would never go back. Don't waist you time and money.

Great caribbean food!
My husband and I LOVE this place! We live across the street, but since it's a bit pricey, we don't get to go here too often. We always get the steak and their flavors and sauce are amazing (and he is a steak connoisseur). Their drinks are good too and the atmosphere is also really nice for a couple's night out.
