Expensive but great food
Went to Don Pedro's. Food was great. Live three man band that was also great, but very, very,expensive. I had to dodge construction right in front of the place to get in. We thought the place was way bigger from looking at the internet picture. A friend went there and told us that there was dancing, which there was, but it was between the tables. I would never go back. Don't waist you time and money.

Great caribbean food!
My husband and I LOVE this place! We live across the street, but since it's a bit pricey, we don't get to go here too often. We always get the steak and their flavors and sauce are amazing (and he is a steak connoisseur). Their drinks are good too and the atmosphere is also really nice for a couple's night out.

Would def go Again
The food was awesome, however, the manager, not so much...if it werent for Alex and Adrienne, I dont think I wouldve had such an amazing experience..the manger was rude, unattentive and appeared confused. The Sangria was great...despite the wait, and manager, for twenty bucks and unlimited sangria, it was a steal.

don't go!
it was hot and noisy. food was mediocre at best. don pedro has gone downhill.

Not recommended
The appetizers were cuchifritos that you can get at any food truck! The entrees were mediocre to tasteless and the air conditioning was non-existent. The prices were ridiculous to the point of highway robbery! And the waiter was so creepy! I will never, ever suggest this place to anyone.

Hoodwinked
Arroz con mariscones had no flavor whatsoever. I've been all over the Carribean and Spain but this lowers the bar for bad. My wife's dish was no better.

Great all-around Latino food
This is a nice restaurant with excellent food and friendly service. Great for after work dinner. The area itself is hampered by the construction of the 2nd Ave. subway, but the food was very tasty and filling. I had the Pollo al Ajillo and my friend had Churrasco. Both are recommended, as well as the mojito. An overall good time.
