Great taste but crust needed to be cooked longer. Also all their beers where from Italy Found something I liked which was fun. Not planning to go back soon.

Seriously, try the deep fried pizza or "pizza frite". It's simple, clean and delicious. There is minimal sauce in it, incredible mozzarella that is made homemade from the restaurant and the crust is not too greasy but a great texture. I've also tried their butternut squash pizza and the prosciutto pizza - delish. And they deliver, major plus.

Not big into Italian however I crave the mozzarella here it's incredible. The pizzas are excellent too and complement the cocktails nicely.

I had two friends visiting from out of town and they were in the mood for Pizza. I have my favorite spots, but I decided to try Don Antonio. I live nearby and the reviews here were pretty good, so why NOT. The place was almost empty but the waiter sat us right next to their work station, so we had a parade of waiters going back and forth by the side of our table to fetch stuff from the shelves to set the tables or charge CCs. Took forever for the waiter to take our order and he barely spoke English or was able to explain the menu properly (which is VERY extensive). We decided on two different pizzas and one appetizer. The appetizer (caprese salad) was ok, not great, but there is not much to ruin on a caprese salad, right? The pizzas arrived and they were nice looking. My friend ordered one with arugula, mozzarela and prosciutto. I decided to order the Vegetarian one, which was good but lacking a bit of seasoning for my taste. So....here is where their customer appreciation for business really sucks! I asked the waiter to bring me some parmesan cheese for my vegetarian pizza and HE REFUSED to! I could not believe that he was telling me I could not have cheese over my pizza, right in front of me, on my plate. I thought my friend didn't ask properly for the cheese, so I called him and asked WHY I could not get some parmesan cheese - I asked in Spanish because I thought he misunderstood my friend's request. He said to me I could not have any cheese - mind you, the parmesan bowl was sitting just few feet away behind the kitchen counter - because that was their rules. I went on explaining that I am the customer and they should be gracious and bring the cheese to my table and sprinkle my pizza. As a business, their objective is to please their customers. But no, he said I was not allowed to modify the pizza, their restaurant is napolitan style and the owner don't want customers to change the pizzas. Again, I did explain that I was not modifying anything, they cooked the pizza the way they wanted....and I just wanted a bit of freaking parmesan cheese! At this point, I was really upset and told him that I was going to come home and write a bad review of their place and I was not going to return. I even said to him, no wonder this restaurant is empty with lots of empty tables. When the bill came, I told him I would review and tell people to bring their own parmesan cheese if they want on their pizzas! Good pizza but I will not return

For years this space was a Thai restaurant that I never stepped foot in. So when it closed, I had no real hopes that something worthwhile would take its place and motivate me to walk around the corner and make it a destination to bring friends and family alike. Turns out I was more than pleasantly surprised by everything from the food to the lovely staff. My only suggestion would be to dim the lights just a bit. Otherwise, primo!

Pizza is as good as I'd thought it would be. Leave room for dessert. The tiramisu looks like crap, tastes like heaven.

Ate there last night, I am so used to eating good food my whole life, being a native New Yorker. I was very satisified with my dinner before the play I was going to. The menu was extensive and you can tell that they were very up to date with current italian food and pizza, Burrata, which I didnt have and very rarely see on menus... Anyway, my salad was outstanding, and room temp. I will never eat a cold salad where you cant taste flavor. The mozzerella was very fesh and delicious. We ordered 2 margharita pizzas, one reg and one gluten free, They were both excellent, with fresh mozz. and basil and sauce, baked to perfection. I have had gluten free pizza before, this was wonderful. And macchiato was so yummy. I would definitely go back again.
