I stopped by here with a friend from work who had tried it once before. I was expecting a typical pizzeria and was delighted to find such an attractive and welcoming place. The pizza is cooked perfectly. I order the capricciosa pizza and it was amazing. The ingredients are fresh and the toppings are tasty without being overpowering. It reminded me of pizzas we had in Italy. At first I thought I would never be able to finish the entire pizza myself, but it was suprisingly light. I will definitely be coming back here with my family. They will love it!

Wow! This pizza is great! Do you like naan bread? (Seriously, who doesn't?) Now imagine naan--light, flakey, slightly scorched bread--as your pizza crust. It is superb. The toppings are quality cheeses, herbs, and creative twists on white pizzas, like ricotta e noci or pistacchio e salsiccia. They also have delicious variations of pizze rosse, but I love pizze bianche more. The selection of Italian beers and wines is very good. The restaurant is spotless, comfortable and inviting. The staff are kind, attentive and generous. You have to visit this wonderful restaurant just to try their light, crispy, fried pastry dough generously smothered in rich, melted nutella. Wow, again!

I've never written a review before but wanted to share an experience with this restaurant. I live just a couple blocks away and ordered two paninis for lunch. We waited the 30-45 minutes we were told it would take and then called again. The woman who answered said that the delivery guy had gotten held up and would be there soon. After another 20 minutes we called again, getting frustrated that a restaurant so close had taken over an hour. We expected the same answer but instead the woman said that the owner himself would walk over two fresh paninis for us. 10 minutes later the original deliver guy arrived and gave us our original paninis and 5 minutes after that the owner showed up. He refunded us half the cost of the first two, let us keep all four paninis and gave us two free desserts. We ended up with four paninis and two desserts for about $10. At first we were frustrated by the delay but I have never had a restaurant go to such lengths to make up for a mistake.

Great pizzas! Grew up in nyc my whole life and Don is where its at! Great atmosphere with yummy peach bellinis! Nice staff with great attitudes that mix perfectly with this chic pizzeria!

Great taste but crust needed to be cooked longer. Also all their beers where from Italy Found something I liked which was fun. Not planning to go back soon.

Seriously, try the deep fried pizza or "pizza frite". It's simple, clean and delicious. There is minimal sauce in it, incredible mozzarella that is made homemade from the restaurant and the crust is not too greasy but a great texture. I've also tried their butternut squash pizza and the prosciutto pizza - delish. And they deliver, major plus.

Not big into Italian however I crave the mozzarella here it's incredible. The pizzas are excellent too and complement the cocktails nicely.
