    Outstanding Locals Hangout

I had to add a comment as I read previous reviews and disagree with them all...Service is outstanding with all staff regularly going out of their way to accommodate you. Chef is amazing - nightly specials are worth ordering...and the main menu consists of Irish bar staples...pastas are better than most Italian places. Crowd is friendly and one should feel comfortable striking up a conversation with the person next to you.

    Subpar Service! Go Somewhere else!

I used to go to their brunch all the time b/c it was such a great deal. However, the waitresses are incompetent. The food takes way to long (ie-scrambled eggs shouldn't take a half hour to make), the waitresses stand around gossiping instead of quickly taking care of what you asked for and they always mess up our order in some shape or form. It always takes them about 20 minutes just to run your bill and bring it back. Ridiculous! To make things worse, they charged my bill wrong and when I went to complain, they did not care! I asked for a manager to speak with....no manager was there and they blew me off! I wouldn't waste your time and money on this place because they clearly do not care about taking care of their customers. The atmosphere and quality of the food will not make it worth your time.

    Poor service

I went tonight with my husband and 2 young girls. We arrived at 6:45 and ordered. The kids food came at 7:00, not bad. at 7:45 I had to track down the waitress to ask about our food. Still nothing. Asked a manager, still nothing. At 8:00 we asked for our food to go because our kids needed to go to bed. When I got home, both of our orders were wrong. They were completely unapologetic!! I've been before and it's been fine, but I'll never go again.

    Re: Previous Review

To the last reviewer, why not just go to the supermarket and buy a botle of ketchup and a box of salt? Wouldn't that be an easy solution?

    Great for eat-in, but...

Food quality is consistant. Delivery is good. BUT CAREFUL they will deliver you burgers and fries and NO KETCHUP. They have done this to me alot. I actually walked all the way back down there one day to complain and get my ketchup. They do this alot so ALWAYS request ketchup even if it sounds silly.

    Perfect Irish Pub

Good looking Irish girls straight off the boat serve yummy food, afforable drinks for UES, and always help with the good times.

    Great all around

Great burgers, friendly bartenders, and a laid-back easygoing crowd, plus the best pint of Guinness on the UES. What's not to like?
