excellent service & dang good bbq!

I must say, above and beyond the food, the service was some of the best I'd had in a long time (and I go out a lot). We were very well attended to, but not hovered over. Someone always seemed to know when to slip in and quietly turn our roasting ribs, mushrooms and onions on the grill. I was very impressed..... As for the food, it was very good as well. The marinades were full of subtlety and flavor. And all the little bowls of odds and ends made the meal really fun as we mixed and matched this and that ingredient. Fun for a group of friends- great mellow atmosphere.

    Best Bibimbop in the City

I'm a regular, and I love this place. Great food - a spectrum of options, from spicy to savory, and many items for vegetarians as well. My favs are the bibimbop (best in the city) and the Duk Boki. Drinks are delicious - some custom ones that are dynamite - I recommend the "1st and 7th"! And I hear that the owner's mother (OG Korean) is in charge of quality control. And they seem to always have new items on the menu whenever I go. I've been to several K-Town places, and this place tops them all.

    Delicious!

This place is delicious! The lunch box specials have lots of variety for a great price. Service is awesome and food is great! Highly recommended!

    Meat Lover's Paradise!

The BBQ here is the BEST I have ever had! We had the LA Kalbi and the pork belly...awesome. Staff is fun, they assist you with the bbq table and even had a shot with us! Will definitely be back....

    Lunch specials are worth it

There's nothing better than their generous lunch box specials on a cold or otherwise dreary day. I love their Kalbi special and Dak Teegim (Fried Chicken with Jalapeno sauce). But most of all, the hot Bibimbop is absolutely the best in the winter. It just warms you right up and fun to eat. A bit pricey, but reasonable (makes sense) for the type of atmosphere you get to enjoy.

    Meh

Average food, seriously overpriced. I will not be coming back.

    Stylish, but authentic.

if you love Korean food, this is the place. Went yesterday and had a fantastic meal. The service was friendly and on point. Such a great place to hang out and have a few drinks at the bar too. We had appetizers there, perfect bar for eating alone. The decor is so sleek and stylish, and yes, I found out all the recipes are prepared by the owners mother. Perfect if you want Korean, but don't want to take a day trip to Flushing or Korea town. I loved it so much I booked my birthday party there in 2 weeks!
