My favorite pub!
This place has become my "Cheers". The food is great, the staff is wonderful, and the atmosphere is even suitable for a woman to sit at a table alone with a book and feel comfortable. And the Irish soda bread is enough to send me off my diet every time!

London Town has no look in!
First port of call and last port of call when visiting New York. Also for that matter the port of call in between. Cannot get enough of the pub grub and atmosphere on once a year visits. Walk in and P J or Martina have a glass of your favourite on the bar waiting like you just left the night before. Has become a ritual for friends and me. Roast Beef sandwich and a glass of stout forget the Atkins!!!

Informal and Fun!!
every time I visit nyc I return to this place!! I stumbled upon it on St, Patricks day some years back. Its always nice to see the same faces there an unusual mix of locals and tourists... always very welcoming. It certainly has an old world charm about the place... I dont believe the prices have risen in years! The Chef Jimmy tells me he originated in the old country...I'll let you decide that for yourself!! One word of warning... get the craic going with a certain staple behind the bar and your in for a good night........well worth a visit... hope to see you all march 17th.

Very welcoming!
Found this treasure in 1996 on first visit from Scotland to NY. Been going back ever since at least once a year, and word of mouth has spread to friends and their friends from Glasgow to London. Great food and a great welcome from Denis, Martina & P.J. and Jimmy The Chef. While I love the city of Glasgow and Scotland I always pine for Reynolds great ales, great steaks and great craic! Nuff Said.

Unprofessionalism
As I was eating a decent meal at D.J. Reynolds, I had roaches crawling around me. If that's not enough to make you lose your appetite, when mentioning it to one bartender, since it was served at the bar, a nasty defensive comment is given (something to the effect, if you have a problem, leave). So that was the solution. In addition, the bartenders seem to be very arrogant for some reason -- only serving friends/favorites in a nice manner. I would not recommend this place, nor would I go there again.

Wonderful Staff
The meal was good, but it was the staff that were excellent. Truly wonderful staff from Ireland featuring the wonderful Joe and the fabulous Jill (who has since relocated to Bulgaria of all places!)
