I went to this diner with a couple of friends on a rather busy day. We expected a wait but when they seated upwards of 5 groups before us that had come well after us it became a little troublesome. Turned out they had forgotten us and attempted to make up for their mistake by squeezing six of us into a very tiny space meant for maybe 3 people tops, it was either that or we were given the option of waiting even longer. The food was good but not good enough to warrant the high prices we paid. The place was funky and might have been a better experience had I not been left hungry and standing up in the moderate cold for more than an hour and a half.

Crowded (expect to make friends with the folks at the next table) and noisy, but wonderful food which appears on your table about two minutes after you order. Cheerful, efficient, kid-friendly service. They offer a truly bottomless cup of coffee - on my way out I stopped to order a cup to go, and there was no charge for it. If you're in the neighborhood, it's a great place for a weekend brunch.
