Very Good Evening
Going to this night club is a unique experience. Comfortable seating and tables all affording excellent views of the 'performers' stage and the magnificent views of Central Park, Columbus Circle and the towering mansion apartments along Fifth Avenue beyond. Must be one of the most spectacular backcloths of any stage in the world! Breathtaking especially as the sun lowers in the sky and reflects on the Fifth Avenue facades. The service was also attentive. Heck...considering that the purpose of the night is world class jazz in sumptuous surroundings, then food does not take center stage but as it happens the cuisine here is not bad at all. The starters to share were tasty, entree's more than acceptable and you can't go far wrong anywhere in NYC with desserts. This was our second visit to Dizzy's and we will return each time we visit Manhattan. A good night out and considering the overall package, represents excellent value for money.

Floor service vs bar service
Floor service is in dire need of improvement: servers are incompetent, slow, and very fake! You can tell they dont enjoy themselves at work which is extremely appearent towards guests. I was there a couple days ago and my server mistreated me because I was a student and I guess she assumed I wouldnt leave her a good tip. However, the bar service was much more warm and welcoming. The bartenders devoted much of their time and energy to all their guest equally. If i ever went back the bar is where I would reserve.
