I just wanted to take a moment to say that I officially love Divine Bar. Excellent wine list, vast menu of great tapas, and always great ambiance. I'd recommend it as a casual date spot (though its not cheap) or an excellent after work destination. Its certainly the best bar I know of in that area by far. Divine Bar has never let us down once. (as for the renovations mentioned in the previous review, I've been a customer of the west side Divine Bar for many years now and they've never renovated the space. Is the writer talking about the correct bar? That review is filled with spelling errors so you decide on the writer's credibility)

Divine Bar has been renovated since I've last been and I was very disappointed. The wine list is still great, but the quality of food has plummeted while the price has gone up. The price increase would have been fine if the food matched the wine, service and ambiance. My friends and I have decided to only go for drinks and eat elsewhere in the future. I sense we will not be the only ones who feel this way.

Good place just to relax. Food is good (though not amazing). Atmosphere is nice esp if you are out with a bunch of friends. Will I go again: probably. Recommend: Yes for sure.

My friends and I love this place especially after work. Whether it's been a heck of a week or a Great week. I highly recommend this place. I love "sharing" the tapas, the wine list was great, and the brick walls and soft lighting made it soft and romantic for the times when you are with that special someone. The waitstaff are always the best when I go. So visit and have fun, you will enjoy the atmosphere it doesn't matter if you are single, couple or a group. It's good to have places like this in the neighborhood.

I liked the reviews and the idea of a tappas restaurant for a birthday party and decided to organize an event there for a friend. We had a wondeful time, food was great, presentation excellent, and our main waitress was very friendly and helpful, always asking if there was anything else we needed. It was a great choice for a birthday party, everyone enjoying the place and the food. The only thing I would say was a negative was their "seafood salad", which only had 1 shrimp, and that was all. the rest was lettuce with good dressing and bread. We especially loved the tuna roll and the duck spring rolls. Their mojitos are also outstanding!

The food is very good but I am so impressed by the number of wines and beers on the menu. Also a great place for wine tasting events.

We enjoyed a quick meal before a show at this bar. It was perfect, with great food and even better service. Well worth the price.
