Learn To Smile and Be Gracious

Interesting tiny establishment serving up excellent chocolate drinks and desserts but what's with the chip on the shoulders of the two matrons? Have been in five times with and without family and have always witnessed lackluster service and gruff attitudes. What's up with that?

    My Fave Chocolate place

It was about a year or so ago that my boyfriend and I stumbled upon this great little shop. We decided to stop in because it stated chocolate. I fell in love with a free sample of a pretzel dipped in the fresh chocolate from the fountain. We started to talk chocolate with the owners daughter. We must have been talking for over an hour. It was great. We tried my now favorite Espresso dussed chocolate covered hazelnut. OMG is it great. We go here every couple weeks to get our chocolate fix. We've tried almost everything in the shop. We totally recommend trying anything here.

    Disappointed

I tried their chocolate "expresso" today, which is a shot of hot chocolate in a small cup. It was not good. It was not hot (barely warm). They hadn't mixed it properly, so it was watery cold chocolate milky on top and sludge on the bottom. Hot chocolate should be relatively easy to make. Terribly disappointed (horrifingly so), will never go again.

    Chocolate Diamond in the Rough

My daughter and I discovered this place recently. She loved it. It’s so cute and it smells heavenly. Lots of great, reasonably priced treats for kids and all their drinks are made to order so they are not sickly sweet. Their hours are a bit strange, but it’s worth checking out.
