Do not go for dinner; just drinks
I went to Disiac last week for dinner. After reading the great reviews, I was looking forward to the food and the atmosphere. Unfortunately, neither were any good. It is only good as a bar, not a restaurant. The music was so loud I couldn't hear my date and the food was just awful. I got a "chicken" salad and I use quotations because the meat was questionable. The other reviews mention that the drinks are good, so maybe that's the reason to go, but I don't recommend trying the food.

My favorite neighborhood bar
I love this place. The feel, the atmosphere, the super friendly bartenders - it's a gem in my neighborhood.

Great Great Great - with a small "but"
One of my absolute favorite places in Hell's Kitchen. Small, cool, intimate, with an absolutely lovely garden out the back (which does indeed unfortunately close at 10) The flavored martinis are the best I've ever tasted. The food is tremendous (try the chicken schnitzel - to die for. The hummus is also good). The staff - the owner and the bartenders and the cooks - are very friendly and really great. The one small "but" is that not all of their waitresses are up to par. But the rest of 'Disiac is simply wonderful. Go and have a great time!

Perfect for dates
I took my girlfriend there for a pre dinner drink and nosh. It was perfect. Intimate and exotic with a great selection of cheeses and other appetizers. The Chocolate Martini is the best I've ever had. Service was great. I just wish this place was in a better location (closer to me). Otherwise, perfect!

Great Little Spot
This is one of my favorite spots in Hell's Kitchen. In the summer there is an amsome outdoor patio that unfortunatly closes at 10. Small, cool, with an Israeli staff. The Sangria's are amazing white or red.
