Food is really good and fresh, but service is terrible. Have to wait over an hour for delivery and when I call to check on my order, they tell me it's out the door. That must be the policy, because I've heard that over the years. My order was not Out The Door, but just not ready. They wanted additional time. Don't lie! Sorry to say, but I won't be ordering from them again. On the the next restaurant.

used to put up with the rude service at dishes for the variety of lunch options (if you can get to them given the huge crowds, poorly organized space and long queues). tried ordering online but service is even worse. absolutely no sense of customer service or accountability at this place. and the manager is beyond rude. on both occassions i have ordered from here, I have had to wait over 1.5 hours for my food. NOT worth it.

This place is very pricey but I must admit their foods are pretty good. Their service however is disappointing. The cashiers are ALWAYS rushing you. When you pay by card they make you sign the receipt while calling another customer. This is extremely rude because now you have 2 people crowding in one register. Plus my order wasn't even done yet!

There is no doubt that the food here is quite good, but there is also no doubt that is waaaay overpriced!! I could tolerate the overprice, but between trying to get your food which is like a full on contact sport with extremely sharp elbows and the prices, the Dishes expereience is not pleasant.

Dishes has quality food and an interesting selection of different foods but it's exceedingly high prices make it very cost prohibitive to frequent as a regular cusotmet. I probably go there once every two weeks but if there prices were more competitive then I would be there more often.

I've had lunch at dishes on a few occasions and I must say, the selection of food featured is marvelous and tasty. However, the space of this place is absolutely way too cramped and always in confusion. On another note, don't even dream of DELIVERY from this place. I order pretty often and I have to say, unless you have a 45-1 1/2 hour tolerance to wait on food, don't do it! For the prices they charge, it's so not worth it!

The food is wonderful: fresh and flavorful; like no other buffet with its' Asian, Middle Eastern and European influences. The scene is that of the well-heeled rushing about with their non-eco-friendly plastic containers pushing through to get to the tasty selections. Warning: leave your bags and parcels at the office as these seemingly innocuous items turn into weaponry amongst the squeeze. The holidays prove to be particularly perilous. The bustle in this place has the ability to take the most decent of people and turn them into a much less polite survivalist that lurks within. The metamorphasis is captivating. The staff is either indifferent or rude; neither a valued added in my book. Fortunately the foods' superior quality for the price outweighs the moody factor. Here is hoping that the team at Dishes rises to the occassion to bring their service to the level of the food. "Have a nice day" goes a long way when it is backed with at least a hint of sincerity.
