Awesome chicken
Best roast chicken i've had in a long time. DB's chicken is tender, juicy, and full of flavour. also had fried chicken, which is excellent. i go there twice a week now.

good but pricy
I ordered the fried chicken with two sides, the veggie of the day (sauteed kale) and dirty rice. The bird was tender, juicy, with a good crisp crust. However it was pressure-fried not pan-fried, which is what I would expect at the price. Both sides came in VERY small containers, much smaller than I would expect. The dirty rice had decent flavor, tasted a lot like indian basmati rice, but the chicken pieces inside were chewy, tasteless, and inedible. The kale was flat-out delicious. A good start, but hopefully they iron out the rice recipe and offer larger portions on the sides.

Good Chicken
The food is great and a good value. I had the rotisserie chicken, corn bread, and their daily vegetable (sugar snap peas). The chicken was tender and juicy, and the sides were yummy too. The service was ok - they were slow but hopefully that's just because they just opened. Also, I'll forgive them for giving me the wrong kind of chicken ( they gave me white meat even though I ordered dark meat).
