not good
I was walking in side of one wfc lobby and saw an employee of Devon and blakely cursing at some one. They lost my business.

Food is good, service is not
Food is good, service is not. On too many occasions with two specific ladies, I've been given lots of attitude. I'm a pleasant, kind person so I give them no reason to respond rudely. When this one young girl sees me, she puts on her serious face and today I actually got half a cup of chocolate. I would think some training in customer service is a must or hire someone who is happy to be there.

poor delivery
Their food is alright but beware that their delivery is terrible. Count on a minimum of 30 minutes - that is if they're on time. Out of the 8 times that I've ordered with them so far, 5 times they have been quite late with delivery taking an hour or more on a couple of occasions. And they don't seem terribly concerned about it either. meh, last time I order from them

So-so, a bit expensive
$4+ for a breakfast panini (egg, ham & cheese). Case closed

Devon & Blakely WFC
what a great spot to get lunch. lines for soup and salad are a little long, but they move relatively quickly. Great selection of sandwiches. Ive had the blackened chix sandwich which was particularly spice, but great. Also the black forest ham sandwich on pumpernickel which was also very good. Highly recommend this establishment.

Excellent food.....Great Service..... Generous portions.....A wonderful place for lunch!
