Great Fish if Great Fish is what you are looking for
my GF brought me some of the fried Telapia. Slamming. Better than Taste of Seafood on 125th? No Knocking 125th but Yes. Amicable gentleman greets you takes your order. Many choices, broiled, fried, spanish rice, traditional african american, and other stuff but you want fish right.. right. I ordered fried telapia but got the broiled telapia. Guy apologize but said youll like it.. again... incredible. I ordered the spanish rice and maduros cause.. yes im latino... eating the corn i felt like being a colonial native american. service is kinda slow for manhattan internet texting face pace american workaholic speeds. But like i said.. if great fish you want great fish you get.

Really Good Place to Eat for pick up
Devin's a great place to eat..Most have the boiled salmon, fried fish and the spanish rice is the BEST in Harlem. Everytime I come back to NYC that is a place I must stop in to eat. No dining space.. Take out.But real good seafood...

I'm loving it!
As a picky eater, I absoulutely love the broiled salmon! I get it with spanish rice (great taste) and salad with ranch dressing (also great flavor and thickness). I haven't had anything else from there, cause like I said I'm picky and am habit bound. I might try the fish and chips soon. I saw someones order and they had 3 large peices of fried fish and it looked and smelled good. I did try the okra and loved it. I'm a veggie fan. It had minced garlic on it and gave a good flavor. The place is small. I suggest looking at the menu on menupages.com, placing an order over the phone and picking up in person.

Wish they really delivered...
They say they deliver but I can never get them on the phone. I love this seafood joint. The fried shrimp and whiting are delicious. However, my favorite entree is the salmon and scallops. Contrary to what some may believe, the vegetables are really good. This is if you appreciate your veggies not being overcooked so that you can get the nutrients. I especially like the broccoli and plantains. The broccoli is tasty and the plantains are always ripe.

1 of the best fish & chips in Harlem
Harlem is well known for numerous good fish & chip spots. Porgie & Bess, Taste of Seafoood, Shrimp Box, etc. The things that sets Devin's apart is that the food is very good but, very inexpensive (unlike some of the others). Although, Devin's is not the best. Taste of Seafood on 125th wins the title for best seafood in Harlem (evidenced by the line that's out the door and wrapping around the corner every weekend!!!) Devin's does a really good job. You actually taste the seafood and not a bunch of batter. On the negative side. The shrimps are a bit small. Actually very small (so is the establishment) but, they give you like 20 shrimps for $8 and 3 big peices of fish for $4. I would avoid the sides (steamed broccoli, steamed okra, spanish rice, etc.) as they are tastless and can be done better at home excep for th fries which are delicious. Just go for the fish sandwich or the fish, shrimps and chips and you can't go wrong or get a better deal.
