Excellent food, remember to check you got all of your order

Despana is excellent food for reasonable prices -- only problem I've ever encountered is not receiving all of my order and having to return to get what was forgotten (which they happily supplied me with). The people are super friendly, just a little absent minded. It's an office favorite for lunch.

    Great!!

This place really has imported foods from Spain. Loved the sausage and tapas. You even can get soft drinks that they don't sell here. The service was quick and nice. A bit small but you still can enjoy the food. It was a bit pricey, but it's worth the treat. Will go again for sure. I rate this place 95%. The missing 5% needs to go to their tortilla de patata, don’t get me wrong they got a great variety, however it is not home made but a packaged version, which sells at the local supermarkets in Spain.

    !excelente!

great sandwiches - all ingredients were fresh and tasty, even the ciabatta bread they use is so good. for dessert, the cheesecake was amazing. its not your typical cheesecake. not sure what kind of cheese they use but it was uniquely delicious.

    So Good!

Stumbled across this place by accident and I'm so glad I did! Everything here is from Spain and the atmosphere is of a cool wine bar meets grocery store. The amazing chorizo and cheese sandwich I had was a great price and a very large portion, the chorizo itself was really good and the bread was perfect. I also had soup that had beans and sausage which was also really good, although a bit expensive. It was fun to see and sample some of the goods while I waited for my sandwich to be made, and everyone working there was pleasant. Will be back for sure, a real find!

    A touch of Spain

This is the best sandwich spot around. They serve traditional Spanish food and sausages and cheeses. Its like visiting a small market in Spain. The employees and owners are the nicest most attentive people! While you re waiting for your sandwich, feel free to taste test most of the yummy samples they have all around the shop. I also recommend their coffee. too.
