Excellent
Have ordered delivery a couple of times. Great quality food, good delivery service and decent pricing. I love the simple menu!

Great lunch spot
This is a great place to get a flavorful lunch (if you're sick of the regular lunch spots on Madison) for around $10. I order a spinach salad with potatoes and veg Aloo, with the tomato salad and corn salad as topping and the cilantro chutney. Will definitely go back!

Can't wait to go back
I live just a couple of blocks from Desi and finally went for the first time. I'm sorry I waited! The food is fresh and tasty. I had a salad bowl with lamb and paneer. The medium chutney was plenty spicy. True it is not inexpensive but I think for the quality it's worth the price.

I'm impressed. The food has fantastic flavor, and the rice bowl is really a good deal for the neighborhood.

hot and extra hot chutneys are addictive
if you like spicy food, ask for the hot and extra hot chutneys. had a rice plate with half chicken / half lamb. lots of onions and green chillies. i loved the chutneys. they let you eat as much as of the chutneys as you want. great find in midtown.

Awesome new Indian take out place
A hybrid between Chipotle and Kati Roll. A really good hybrid. Food was very fresh and super quick service. Had a chicken and lamb roll with onions, green chillies and extra hot chutney. yum!

Save your money and skip this place
Noise level unbearable the female manager was shouting like she was at a hockey game. Very very very expensive, small side salad size with 3 toppings and soda over $12. Not worth it
