The prix-fixed $20.05 dinner is well worth the price....appetizer, entree, coffee or tea & dessert. Everything was fresh, had excellent humus & chopped salad, baked trout excellent, as was the salmon. Service was good, place is clean & nice, just check the bill, they made a mistake, don't know if it was intentional or not, but I always check bills and sometimes find mistakes, so will give the benefit of the doubt this time. This did not have anything to do with an added service charge. Excellent value, would definitely recommend and will be going again.

The food is good, but they have a lot of room for improvement with their delivery service especially after making a mistake on an order. I had ordered 2 dinners together (for a friend and I) and when the order came, 1 dinner was there and instead of the other, it was an appetizer. I immediately called the restaurant and first they said *Oh just keep that and we'll send out the correct dinner*. Then about 5 minutes later I get call telling me to go downstairs with the appetizer (Huh? They said keep it), so I do so, and the guy is there...with no replacement food, much to my puzzlement. I call again, and spoke to the mgr who was more concerned that another customer's appetizer (what they were picking up from me, but we'd opened it to see what on earth it was) was getting cold, than replacing the food or that the first dinner that we'd already gotten was sitting upstairs getting cold. Now, this was delivered to my office...and I'm on the 20th fl at the far end of the building, so it takes several minutes to get down to the lobby, so it's inconsiderate to expect the customer to make not one but two extra trips because of a mistake the restaurant made. Too bad...the food is quite good but their customer service and delivery problems make it not worth the hassle unless you have a lot of time to waste and want to eat cold food.

This place is a wonderful experience. I have visited several times, and never been disappointed.The food is authentic and delicious. The atmosphere is really unique. The wait staff is very professional, and the management is beyond helpful. Finally, as far as the review stating a 15% gratuity; of all the times I've visited, I personally have never been charged. But I have been to several other resturants in the city, and if there is a charge, it's 18%. So I don't really see any reason for the complaint.

Food was very good. price was reasonable, Wait Staff very good. Kitchen very clean. Athmosphere nice.

The food and the environment were good; however, 15% gratuity charge on the bill for a party of two was extremely annoying!

Next time you go, ask for their take-out lunch menu. There are tons of delicious items under $10. Everything is good here, but their fresh bread and their warm yogurt are especially yummy. However, a word of warning, give them 5-10 minutes longer than when they estimate your food will be ready ,as they like to be rather optimistic with their predictions. It's definitely worth the wait.

I have eaten here a number of times and I find the food to be consistantly good. And the location couldn't be more convenient. I've recommended this restaurants to my friends and they're still my friends.
