    Great

First let me say that the crab cakes are simply delicious! The cream spinach is superb, the service is great. You must have a slice of the lemon cake, ( 7 Layer!!)which can be shared by a group of 3 or more. I simply love this place.

    You are kidding?

I thought that the service was excellent. Business was great and we even had a waitress in training. The menu was diverse and the steaks unbelievable. The manager even stopped by the table to check on us. We were just a party of three. There was a lot of large parties and everyone seemed to be faring quite well!

Disappointing Doesn't Decribe Half of it

We took a chance even though the last review said it was disappointing because the star rating was pretty high. What a disappointment. First, you couldn't hear yourself think let alone talk to anyone at your table, the acoustics are atrocious. Second, though the food was tasty, the plates were so barren, it looked comical, A sprig of parsley would've helped and nothing arrived cooked they way we asked and had to sent back. We ordered sides of vegetables, received the wrong ones, twice asked for ones we ordered, finally the manager had to come to our table and advise they were out (6:30 p.m. dinner mid-week and they're out of broccoli and string beans, come on). Anyway, there were other annoyances, too lengthy to renumerate here. This is not worth the price and hearing loss, (but it does have great jelly beans outside the coat check). Go and have a drink after work, I just don't recommend eating there.

    Disappointing

The service was poor. After finding dried food stuck between the tines of my fork, I requested a new one. When it didn't arrive, but our appetizers did, I asked the waiter for a fork again. He said, "Don't you have one?" I replied, "No. Remember. I gave it back to you because it was dirty." He then proceeded to argue with me over whether or not I had a fork. Previous to this I had had questions about the menu. I stumped him with, "What kind of cheese is in the macaroni and cheese?" He did not offer to find out. He just said, "I don't know." These are just two examples in a long evening of poor service. The food itself was fine. Overpriced for what it is.

2nd time good as the first

Went here in 2003 with my brother who frequents the one in Dallas and it was up to his hype. Came up from Florida and took my wife this past week and she said it lived up to my hype. Better than Bern's Steakhouse in Tampa. Attention to every detail from start to finish. The prix fixe menu was suppose to end at 6:30 but was included in our menu when they seated us at 6:45 and the waiter said there would be no problem honoring it - and they still treated us like we were ordering the most expensive thing on the menu. Do make reservations - even on a Monday. I'll be back again.

    Steak and So Much More

You'll go here for the steak but everything is so fresh you will come back again and again. The shrimp served with three sauces is a brilliant starter and the vegetables are unforgettable. Creamed spinach like you've never had before, I swear. The wine cellar is excellent, too. It's crowded but there is, of course, a reason for that. It's a great restaurant.

    Wonderful!

We had an amazing dinner at Del Frisco's! The service was impeccable! The shrimp cocktail was excellent- the shrimp were very large and covered in cocktail sauce. The server even added 1 extra shrimp so we could have 3 each without a charge (rather than the regular portion of 5 shrimp). The wedge salad is a blue cheese lovers dream! My crab cake entree was awesome, and my boyfriend's filet was perfectly cooked and flavored. The au gratin potatoes were induldgent. Even though we were stuffed, we decided to try the cheesecake. It was much lighter than expected, but very good! Excellent meal. Perfect for business or pleasure!
