    Poor customer service

Food is good, but their company motto must "Deans...where the customer means nothing!! I live close by and everytime I order from here I wonder why...their standard answer to everything is we can't do that, I mean something as simple as "can you add Proscuitto to my Mozzarella and Tomato Salad" get a NO. I said charge me whatever you want, they replied NO. WOW, I didn't even have a response. This has happened several times with different items so it must be company policy. I just say who needs them anymore...

    Dean's Got it Right!

I have been ordering from them for a little while now and I have been quite impressed each and every time. Recently, I placed an order for a pepperoni pizza. Somehow the person taking the order mistook the order for "peppers". Shortly after the pizza with peppers was sent out by mistake, they sent me the correct replacement, and allowed me to keep the one they initally sent. I happily enjoyed my replacement and donated the other pizza. Dean's you have a new regular!

    Poor Service

The pizza here is great, and a good value to boot. However, the service ruins the entire experience. My fiance and I inquired about a private party, and the manager couldn't answer basic questions about noise level and number of servers for a group of 50. We had to ask for our meal check THREE times before receiving it. Interestingly, all servers were thin, pretty girls. It seems that whomever is hiring here cares more about how servers look than about the service they provide. Avoid - you can get better pizza at just as good a price elsewhere.

    Great for Lunch

4 of us ate here before going to the RR show. We all had some type of Panini .(Chicken/Vegetable/Caprese). We thought they were excellent. The bread was fresh and delicious, the chicken moist and flavorful and the roasted vegetables excellent too. Even the side salad was good. I would skip the canoli next time. Excellent service and the price was very good as well.

    Best Square Pie

Dean’s brick oven pizza, square pie with thin crust, is pizza heaven. It's a stylish restaurant at reasonable prices. They say that pizza contain homemade mozzarella and of course...choice of a dozen blissful toppings.

If you can get over the poor service and rude hostess

The food is good and most of the time my colleagues and I have lunch there it turns out ok. The service is probably the downfall for the restaurant. Maybe if the staff were told that business is generated because of the customer they would be a little nicer when answering the phones, seating, and getting the orders right. Not to mention remembering that that they have a table waiting for their check for the past 20 minutes. In my opinion, if the food was good and located in a high trafficked area, it wouldn't do as well as it probably does.
