    A deception

I always order burgers there because they're great and tasteful. But today the delivery was the worst ever in this neighborhood, food was cold, the order didn't come right, fries were a grese "ball" and when I called to complain they didn't even offer to send again....A kind of deception that discourage another shot !!!

    Great Neighborhood Pub

This place has been here for years and has one of the best beer selections in the city. They are constantly changing the draft selection too. I eat here regularly because it is pretty much my favorite neighborhood spot. Nice decor, nothing special and the food is usually good although they had chef turnover recently . Now the specials are back and the fajitas are great again. I recommend it as a piece of real New York.

    Don't Get It

What is the attraction. The menu is boring, never have specials. Burgers and salads are your best bet. The fajitas are gravy like and not grilled even though they say it is. I feel this place is not diner friendly and only cares about selling drinks.

    Great Neighborhood place

I cannot understand the detractors. This place not only makes great food: Sublime burgers, interesting salads, fajitas, barbeque an steak, but it has simply the best beer selection in Manhattan. 31 draft beers including one cask conditioned ale, and over 75 different bottled beers from all over the world. Yes, $6 per pint for most beers, but this is average in Manhattan. Not expensive. People who drink the "coors" are simply subsidizing the people who are smart and buy the premium beers. My recommendation is go and try it for yourself. It isn't fine dining, it is just an awesome casual dining restaurant with popular food selections and an incredible selection of beers.

What is wrong with the equation?

While the burgers were quite good, I could not get over the beer list. $6.00 a draft—while this is not a huge expense I would expect some atmosphere, or at least better seating. Now while the price is not the greatest shock, I was surprised to find that a Coors Light was the same price as a Guinness draft. It just feels like I am not getting a good deal. I must admit that there are many other places on the upper east side to enjoy the same quality burger and not have to wonder if the bar is importing a domestic.

    Burger Heaven

I ordered the burger here and it was sublime. Everything a burger freak like me could ask for. Lean Ground beef. An amazing bun. French fries that were pub perfect. They give slaw, lettuce, tomato with it too. All for an amazingly cheap price for NYC.

    Inconsistent

Set in a nice place, dark wood, clean. The food is not bad, typical pub fare which is prompt. Great beer selection; some good special brews. The service however is inconsistent - there is always new staff on which often makes for staggered and not quite so knowledgable service. (not the staff's fault)
