Host has a bad attitude
Very good overall, my waitress was nice and attentive. The food was good. The only thing I didn't like was how snotty the male host was. My friends and I will be avoiding this place if he's around.

Very decent and convenient
Food quality can be variable from average to quite good. Atmosphere depends on the time of day, it is in Bloomingdales so of course it can get harried. I recommend the truffle fries, the caesar salad, the tomato soup, the lobster bisque, the chili, the hanger steak, the cheesecake lollipops.

Sangria at bloomingdale's.......dangerous to my shopping budget
We to lunch yesterday with my girlfriend....ordered and sangria and it was the best sangria I ever had! had 2 of them and went shopping.....not a good idea if you are trying to keep the shopping within check. This place is a real find, service was fun and loved shopping with a buzz...

Finally a reason to go to Bloomingdale's
I am alergic to retail. Thankfully my wife let me wonder around the store and I found David Burke's place. The food was huge and the prezel sandwich was super tasty. The service was rushed but on point....really good, don't mind taking my wife to Bloomingdale's now.....

Not good
In my list of restaurants its got to be the most disappointing. really poor service coming from managers and food with poor quality not to mention no calories count for a coffee shop.

so convenient
Great place to stop while you shop. It's the best deal in bloomingdales and the ruffled fries are fantastic.

Does David Burke ever even go in this place
I ordered a steak sandwich to be delivered...it was the chewiest, fattiest, grayest mess I've ever seen...and the fries were dumped right on top of the sandwich...an attempt to hide it , perhaps? The meat was obviously microwaved and was absolutely inedible. If David Burke doesn't really ever go here, then he should see what his employees are sending out under his name. If he IS here and sending out this slop, he should be ashamed of himself.
