=)
I can't speak for the service or atmosphere, as I've always ordered takeout, but their food is great!

very unusual
After trying a number of times to eat here ( they are always crowded) the waiter told me that they get a lot of reservations and that I should call next time. We did, and were seated promptly several days later. That is about where the normalcy ends with this place. As all of the previous reviewers have stated the food is truly steller, especially the beef ribs, and french fries. That being said, it is one of the oddest dining experiences that I have had in my eight years in the city. Its tiny, (think closet,) but very elegant in its own way with large thick napkins, heavy silverware and expensive stemware. They give attentive and very personal service, and are eager to please and very sincere. The waiter, also answers the phone and cooks, ( they have a brisk delivery business, so be prepared to have a constant parade of people moving in and out the door), Somehow or another it all works. Definitely will be going back. Oh DA MUSIC IS DA BOMB!!!!!

I love this place.
I found their menu under my door one day when I was hungover and needing some comfort food. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich, mac n cheese and pink lemonade and it was fantastic. I am ordering once a week now (not always hungover) and it is always good.

A year later and still amazing...
I picked this BBQ place on a whim about 1 year ago and was amazed by the quality, flavor and quantity of food. A year later I returned and found nothing had changed. Just amazing! I hear the ribs is really what makes this place but I've had the pulled pork and chicken and well, just amazing. Quite small with only 4 tables but you get your order quick and excellent service!

A New York Gem !
Cozy, Clean, quiet and friendly. But I love the delivery! Just like calling up Mom and asking her to send over a care package of delicious home cooked food! Always fast, hot and tastey! Perfect for cold New York winters.

Awesome barbecue.
I'm a Texas native, fresh to the city, so in search of decent barbecue i decided to try this place out one night. I got there after they had closed, but the couple who owns and manages it was nice enough to make the cooks stick around and make one last rack of ribs and side orders to go. Although I didn't really get the full experience of dining in, the ribs were awesome, the sides were legit, and the cornbread was fresh baked and still hot. All in all, this is as good of BBQ as you'll find in Manhattan.

Delicious food, excellent service!
I went to this intimate restaurant a couple of days ago with my wife & we loved it! The food is simply divine with succulent smoked-buffalo wings cooked in jerk spices. The pulled pork was tasty, fresh and moist. The ribs are cooked to perfection with the meat gently falling off. We also recommend their greens (especially the spinach & steamed vegetables). A lot of thought and attention to detail has gone in the decoration & atmosphere of this place -- colors, background music, lights.. We are definitely going back!
