Good enough
I really liked their caeser salad, although it could use with a little less dressing. The chicken and rib platter was pretty good considering the price, but taste wise it was quite dry.

best value in NYC
Just great to have a sit down eat facility in NYC were you get the best bang for your bucks. I was visting NYC with my familiy on a budget. Had a great time, and visited Dallas Barbecue often. Great alternative for McDonalds or any other fastfood restaurant, where you can get service on your table for almost the same price as at McDonalds or ana other sort of that kind.

Old Reliable
We ordered delivery tonight: a whole chicken, beef ribs, brisket, cole slaw, corn bread. Came t0 $41 including tip. We live 18 blocks from the West 72nd Dallas BBQ and food arrived in 30 minutes. Everything was quite good. This isn't superlative BBQ, but for the convenience and price, it is hard to beat.

Best Wings
I left NY 7 years ago, nad one of the4 things I miss is Dallas BBQ wings. I'm going back at the end of this month(June '09) and I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THOSE HUGE WINGS! The Half Order is a meal in itself.

Best value in Times Sq/NYC
Just ate at the Times Sq branch. Service was pretty quick if you order standards. I ordered fish so it took 15 min. Table next to me ordered chicken and strip steak and it came in 5 min. My fish came with fries which were good, not too salty, plentiful, toasted bun, nice piece of fish. Had a half carafe of white wine which tasted watered down but for $13 for 3 glasses worth, not complaining. IMHO- this is the best value meal in NYC for a sit down restaurant. Only the fast food's can beat this but they dont wait your table.

Disappointing
My husband was really craving wings and so we decided to give this place a try, despite mixed reviews that we read online. Well, the other reviewers were even too kind. This place is not good! We ordered take-out and it took me 10min to place my order (and English is my 1st language). The operator had no idea what was on the menu or how to take an order. They told us 15-20min for delivery and the food arrived over an hour later and was cold. My husband's chicken wings were huge, like pterodactyl wings, and barely edible. The bacon cheeseburger he ordered was cold, with a soggy bun and fries which weren't good. I had the veggie burger, which was at least edible, but the fries were not good. We never write reviews, but thought that this place was really that bad!
