No dessert??
What is this with no dessert? i'm a huge fan of the bbq but not having dessert is a little harsh. you need to cool off after having spice!1!

Good, fun food
The food is very good. The onion loaf is huge. My husband would go back just to get an onion loaf, although he did love the ribs that he ordered. The rotisserie chicken is a very good price and the service is surprisingly good for an inexpensive restaurant. We are looking forward to going back.

Good margaritas
One Texas style margarita got me so buzzed, it was fantastic. it also came with a shot of tequila, def one of the best frozen margeritas i have had in a long time. the food is average, but def worth it. my bf and i love to come here also because the atmosphere is good, its a fun place.

Best BBQ in Town, Amazing Prices
I have been going here for years. I see they are opening a new place on 42nd street. This is a place that truly has earned their success by constantly having excellent quality food and a great value. I love to order dinner or just pick up their amazing chicken when I don't have time to cook. You would be amazed at what one can do with a Dallas BBQ chicken. Check them out!

Highly Satisfying Meals - Great Prices
My wife and I favor DALLAS BBQ because it gets us out of the house and we return with full bellies and money in our pockets! The hungrier you go the more satisfied you'll leave. Portions are enough to allow you to take home some of whatever you have, unless you have a bottomless pit for a stomach! The ribs are our favorite as are the chili, cole slaw, chicken, whatever. We haven't had a bad meal in all of the years we've been going to DALLAS , both on the West Side (72nd St. bet. CPW & Columbus Ave.) and the East Side (73rd St. on 3rd Ave.). Each year the familiy makes a pilgrimage on Thanksgiving, with 11 members (more or less) attending from as far as Florida to upstate New York. It's a family-oriented restaurant and we are always seated comfortably as a group. But a couple can be treated just as well, and individuals are catered to by the friendly staff. I cannot rate it highly enough, it's an experience you shouldn't deny yourself - if you like to eat!

Cheap, decent food
The food is good, albeit not great, but the portions are big and the prices are cheap. It's a good place to go for some ribs and a beer on a budget. Beware, it seats about 7 million people though, i.e. the atmosphere leaves something to be desired.
