I still haven't found a really good BBQ in NYC. Dallas BBQ is an equivalent to Applebee's BBQ. The restaurants are usually crowded and loud. I wouldn't recommend it!

This place was overcrowded and loud. One of the reasons I avoid the times sq area is b/c it's an overpriced over crowded tourist trap which is why you don't see many native new yorkers there that being said, the tables are practically on top of each other waiters are bumping into your chair when passing by and you can't even have a conversation b/c it's so loud and the music, etc. The food isn't bad but it's nothing to write home about either we ordered the hennessey wings and they were oversauced and way too big for an appetizer size. When our entrees came the plate was over crowded with food I only ate half of what I ordered and took the rest in a take out box. You do get a lot of food and this is without ordering the wild west platter so I would go hungry and skip the appetizers.I think I would prefer to go to their queens location less of a crowd and staff didn't want us using the regular doors on our way out they insisted we use revolving doors which is a pain considering the crowds. Pass this place up unless it's a time of the day where it's not so packed

    Fine dish, poor service

Food itself was fine and delicious but all employees who worked at there was really rude. The store is huge and loud to death. Overall, ok restaurant but not highly recommanded.

We ordered a simple lunch, and they forgot our drinks. My friend ordered the CLT lunch special (under 500 cals) and instead of the veggie sides they gave FRIES! Forgot all condiments and forgot our sodas that we paid for. I called and they were loud, rude, and the music was blaring. Never ordering again!

I'd come back over and over again!!!

I love this place. I would go back over and over. I always order the backed chicken with a baked potato. The service is great. Even when there is a long line the time seems to go by fast. You can always tell a good restaurant when people are waiting to get in. The drinks are great also.

    this is not barbeque

The only good thing in this establishment are the drinks. They use absolutely no rub on their meats. No seasoning what so ever. And on top of that there's not 1 smoker in house. How can this be BBQ? BBQ is more than just the sauce. The sauce doesn't make it BBQ. Corn bread mix out of a large box made with water. What's that? I suggest that the master recipes be overhauled. I'll never refer anyone I know to this establishment.

    poor service/no experience

I ordered chicken tenders w/ranch and fries, but instead got sticky honey tenders and NO FRIES. When I sent it back it took along time before they brought me tenders NO FRIES! When I asked to speak to the manager, he implied that I asked for the honey. I will never go back to that inexperienced location again.
