    Poor delivery

It took them 70 minutes to deliver a basic chicken/ribs combo order to our offices 3 blocks from the restaurant. The food is generally OK, but definitely not worth waiting over an hour for.

I ate here with friends & will not go back!.The food & service was terrible. Cod fish was 4 very small servings of breaded fish with more bread crumbs than fish. French fries were overcooked, soggy & oil soaked. Coleslaw was too sweet as though they added some kind of sweet sauce to it. The waiter was totally impatient. We ordered a drink and when it came, because the waiter did not explain that it is not served/prepared as in other restaurants, we asked for the drink to be changed, and was told that there are no exchanges

    pleasently surprised

Our waitress Aleta was pleasent, and we told her we just wanted water after touring the city all day she made sure our glass were full. The food was hot and good for the price. We had the combanation of chicken and ribs for 11.99. If you a quiet place in N.Y.C. expect to pay for it! This was perfect for what we wanted. Nice waitress! Good cheap food! Great job Aleta!!!

I still haven't found a really good BBQ in NYC. Dallas BBQ is an equivalent to Applebee's BBQ. The restaurants are usually crowded and loud. I wouldn't recommend it!

    Overcrowded

This place was overcrowded and loud. One of the reasons I avoid the times sq area is b/c it's an overpriced over crowded tourist trap which is why you don't see many native new yorkers there that being said, the tables are practically on top of each other waiters are bumping into your chair when passing by and you can't even have a conversation b/c it's so loud and the music, etc. The food isn't bad but it's nothing to write home about either we ordered the hennessey wings and they were oversauced and way too big for an appetizer size. When our entrees came the plate was over crowded with food I only ate half of what I ordered and took the rest in a take out box. You do get a lot of food and this is without ordering the wild west platter so I would go hungry and skip the appetizers.I think I would prefer to go to their queens location less of a crowd and staff didn't want us using the regular doors on our way out they insisted we use revolving doors which is a pain considering the crowds. Pass this place up unless it's a time of the day where it's not so packed

    Fine dish, poor service

Food itself was fine and delicious but all employees who worked at there was really rude. The store is huge and loud to death. Overall, ok restaurant but not highly recommanded.
