    Flawless history

It's time for an update since it has been a year since the last review. I have been going to this Maryannes for 15 years and the quality has never waivered. The prices have NOT increased that much. The portions are perfect! You want a killer frozen margarita? Salsa or Gauc? Go there NOW!. It's my favorite go to for Mexican.

    Favorite Mexican in NYC

Big portions, affordable prices, fun atmosphere, delicious food. Get the montezumba burrito!

    Ok place to eat

The chips and salsa are great but the meals are sub par. The meals do not come with sour cream, pico, or guac. It's like they are trying to make meals on a budget. Empanadas have a weird taste.

    Great food, fun atmosphere

My husband had a delicious dinner here the other night. The food was tasty and the portions were just right. I will definitely be back.

    Great food every time

I live right by Mary Ann's and eat here fairly often because it's always great food, whether it's take out or to eat in the restaurant. The chips and salsa, which are free, are amazing and the gaucamole is awesome too. The fajitas are huge and will normally last two meals and I've got a big appetite. I don't understand the bad reviews as there's not a lot better than sitting on out the front with a cold beer eating solid tasty mexican food. This is how mexican food should be

    A split decision

My wife and I have been to the restaurant twice. The first time, it was really good and the second time it was just ok. Sure, the place is noisy and the service is kind of slow, but it's all about the food, right? Well, tonight we ordered delivery and it will be the last time I order there. My Sirloin burrito had tasty filling but was covered with an overpowering yellow cheese. I actually had to pull it off to continue eating my dish. My wife, on the other hand, enjoyed her vegetable enchilada, calling it "succulent" although it was missing the tofu that was supposed to be included, according to the menu description. My advice? go hang out and have guacamole, salsa, chips and drinks but do yourself a favor and stay away from the main dishes.

    Could have been Great

Guacamole was really good, but main meal of enchaladas was mediocre - as were the margaritas
