Great Italian in NYC
Just back from NYC with my Mum and best friend. We stayed in the Crowne Plaza Times Sq and this place is right next door to the car park entrance - you barely have to go outside! Pretty rose petals and candles on the steps leading down, nice piano player and decent house red. Ideal for a Saturday night :)

Amazing
Myself and my girlfriend have been to New York 2 Decembers in a row, last year and the year before. The first year we stumbled upon this place, and loved it. We made sure we went back the following year, and everything was just as perfect! Everything about thios place is amazing! I highly recommend the Rigatoni alla Buttera... Outstanding! We'll be back very soon!

best little Italian place
We were so pleased to have stumbled upon this place. When we visit New York we don't make reservations and enjoy hopping around. This place was perfect for our appetites, we had grilled calamari, chardonnay and cappuccino. This may sound odd but the restrooms were beautiful, maybe the most beautiful I've seen.

Great Food
This is our second time to visit the restaurant in two years. We have been pleased both times with delicious food and great service from the waitress. Look forward to visiting again in the future.

Just happened in here!
While spending a few days in NYC we stumbled upon Da Marino on our way to another restrauant on 49th Street. We decided to go in Da Marnio. What a delight! When you go - make sure to get the scallopped potatoes. The most delicious thing I ever put in my mouth!

overpriced
when we arrived a few weeks ago, we were given a dinner menu at 12 noon. when I inquired we were told the menus were the same. We received our bill for lunch and the prices were outrageous. Mediocre pasta dish as special with white sauce . chicken and sundried tomatoes was $28 for lunch. ( no extras included, just the pasta).Another pasta dish at lunch was $20. Too bad, great location and good atmosphere, but a total ripoff based on quality and price.
