    Do what your special says!

It's our regular neighborood restaurant. Unfortunately, the day we went was when the regular chef/owner wasn't there and when the regular waiter was off. Hence , the food wasn't as good nor was the qauntity the same as before. And, while the waiter was pleasant, he didn;t tell us the specials and spent five minutes talking to two young gals at another table without asking us or any of the other tables if there was anything they wanted or needed. Worst was the fact that after we paid our bill, we left the restaurant and saw a sign offerrng a "special for all pasta dishes" which included a free glass of wine. Not once did the wait not tell us this when he waited in us, we paid full privc for a glass of inferior wine and full price for the pastas we ordered. I let it pass, for whatever reason, and decided not to re-enter the restaurant and confront the waiter. This is strike one.

    a nice little find

my boyfriend and I came here for dinner last night and i must say it was a very lovely expericence. for apps we got the beef carpaccio which I wouldn't reccommend. wasn't thin nor seasonsed enough. we ordered the veal piccata and the talapia and they were both delicious. the service was great and the free little app dish of fried polenta, foccaccia, and rice balls was a nice treat. would go again!

    Disappointing

Frankly, I was disappointed. I found the pasta sub-par and overpriced. The service was good, though. I would not go back again.

    Love it Every Time

We eat here often as well as order in. The place is the perfect neighborhood restaurant. It's cheap, delicious, cheerful, and has good service. When we order in, it's usally the eggplant parmesan with pasta and we are never disappointed. When we are there, we stick with the pasta dishes (the liguine with clams is delicious) or else a chicken dish. The goat cheese salad is great. Do yourself a favor and go there. It's a neighborhood place. Enjoy. We certainly do.

    Sauce is subpar

I ordered delivery and it was very prompt. However, the ragu was very thin and watery, not ragu-like at all. Some portion sizes were good and some were disproportionately small. If you're in a pinch, go for it, otherwise, I'd eat somewhere else.

    A Great Find!

I had a meeting near by and wanted to dine with some clients from Europe. We all agreed, this was a great place to eat. Food was basic Italian - but awesome! A small place that was comfortable. Service was great - and the prices were VERY reasonable. The wine was great and also very inexpensive. I will be back again soon - I am spreading the word on this place - Dinner for 4 with appetizers and 2 bottles of wine, desert plus tip was only $167

    Enjoyable

We ordered delivery of the veal parm (not on the menu), Spag Bolognese, Fr. Calamari, Eggplant Parmigiana Di Melanzane, and Tiramisu. The delivery was fast, hot and delicious. I definately recommend this place for great Italian Delivery.
